So an officer that has been investigated numerous times and says such disgusting things about a victim, that he apparently finds to be quite humorous, is just reassigned instead of being fired and made to issue a formal apology to the victims family? His conduct and comments were absolutely disgusting and I’m sure the other officer’s were just as inappropriate and insensitive and the department should feel ashamed of themselves for giving him no real consequences 😡

Not only did they violate her rights and FALSIFY a police report to justify their actions but they didn’t even ATTEMPT to find the correct room where a child could potentially have been in danger ‼️🤦🏻‍♀️ I truly hope that she wins her lawsuit and that all of these officers are fired because they have NO business being police officers if this is the way they treat innocent people and fail to find and protect the actual people they were called there about in the first place 😮

The only people who delayed her getting help were the meth heads friends who waited 8 hours to call after they found out she was in there

  30.  @Ekinnajay help was already on the way when she was talking, and she was telling her to change the password so that he couldn’t see them arriving on the surveillance cameras that the caller knew he was watching. Just think if she didn’t change the password and he decided to arm himself against the police or end his victim’s life when he saw them pulling up everyone would be crying “ why didn’t the dispatcher tell her to change the password when she knew he was watching the cameras “ 🙄 ridiculous

  32.  @JessiV111 they dispatch the police immediately on their computers while their still on the call so no time was wasted except for the time the homeowners waited to call. The fact that people think that a dispatcher waits until AFTER they’re finished with the whole call to notify police is what is really ridiculous here

  37. What a tragedy, my heart goes out to their families 😢. It’s sad that they didn’t get him put into some type of facility permanently after his diagnosis, especially after he tried to hurt himself. I understand his daughter saying it was a relief when he passed because the disease had already robbed her of the father she knew and now he won’t have to suffer anymore knowing what he did, and he likely wouldn’t have been found criminally responsible anyway.

It’s their job to stay on the phone with the caller until officers arrive so that they can get as much information as possible for the officers arriving

  48. This is so sad sad and infuriating 😢 How did her children allow her to get/live in such deplorable conditions. I know that it’s not always feasible for people to move their parents in with them and take care of them but they could’ve at least went over there and checked in on her, cleaned her house and helped make sure she stayed clean. I know she was an alcoholic and most are mean drunks but ffs, that’s their elderly, sick mother. Maybe this sick monster wouldn’t have taken her life if he knew she had family coming to check on her often. 🤬 It’s even more heartbreaking that Meals on Wheels are the ones who requested the welfare check and not her own family 😢

Everyone can clearly see she’s the victim in this but his prominent family has obviously paid the cops off.
