@LoriKasprzak-kc7xc Why would he be cited for disability fraud? You don’t get disability from the VA unless you’ve been medically discharged and go to THEIR doctor’s to get proof of your disability. Did you even watch the video or did you just have problems comprehending it? This guy is NOT a criminal, that’s why he got his money back and the judge refused to dismiss his lawsuit against the police.

@daltonparker7792 It’s awful funny that he was able to provide ALL of the proof that was required for him to get his money back. Take your ASSumptions elsewhere because there’s no way he would’ve gotten it back or that any judge would’ve refused to dismiss the lawsuit against the police if there was even a whiff of impropriety or criminal activity going on here.

@ExploringNS In case you didn’t pay attention, that was money he’d been saving throughout his career. He worked for that money so taxes were already paid on it.

@Ape_In_His_Apex Another person who apparently doesn’t pay attention, he didn’t say he earned it over the last 2 years, he said he earned it over a 20 year career. That means taxes have already been paid on it. He also said he’s been working in IT since he retired, so he is STILL paying taxes on that income.

@ncfo20 That’s money he earned during his career, you know his paycheck. If you’ve ever earned a paycheck you would know that they take taxes out on you before you ever get your money. In case you missed it, his employer was the United States Marine Corps and the last time I checked they NEVER paid anyone in cash “under the table” 🤣🤣🤣🤣

⁠ @daltonparker7792 Your assumptions are so ridiculous it’s actually laughable. He provided absolutely EVERY scrap of documentation needed to prove that the money was legitimate and legal which is why he GOT IT BACK and a judge approved his lawsuit, and why an advocacy group took on his entire case pro bono. I have news for you, NOBODY working for a cartel is going to cooperate and be completely transparent with officers at a traffic stop, they’re going to clam up, immediately ask for a lawyer and refuse to make anything easy for the officers. 🤣🤣

I’m just glad that he was able to find an advocacy group to take on his case so that he wasn’t out even more money for lawyers and that he was eventually able to get all of his money back. I’m sure that they were walking around with their chests puffed out and patting themselves on the back over their “big bust” that day. Not only does he not trust banks, now he’ll no longer trust cops anymore, I truly hope that he’s able to win his lawsuit.

@ncfo20 You need to work on your reading comprehension skills because I never said that NOBODY does under the table work. If you put on your listening ears 👂 and actually paid attention to the video you would know that he was in the Marines for 20 years and now does IT work. What part of “he was able to produce pay stubs and bank statements to get his money back” do you not understand????? Speaking of being ignorant, if didn’t have the documentation to prove that all of his money was legal and legitimate he wouldn’t have gotten it back!!!

If you think that I’m going to go through and read EVERY single one of your replies to everyone else you’re delusional 😂. You’re trying to put words in my mouth and now trying to turn around and backpedal on what you originally said so I can see that it’s a MASSIVE waste of time to even try to have a conversation with you.
