  3. He should've NEVER been out of prison for SAing a minor and 2 counts of kidnapping for this to happen. These 2 men's deaths are on the hands of the courts that gave him lenient sentences and paroled him for the kidnappings even though he had shown that he was a monster who couldn't be rehabilitated 🤬🤬
