  3. I just moved into a 55 and up mobile home park and so far I love it. PEACEFUL. Before that I lived all my life in non HOA places. There are downsides. Had a neighbor who would play his drums at 1am on a worknight. He pulled a gun on a neighbor who complained. YIKES. Neighbor's who let their dogs back all day and all night. People that throw loud parties every weekend.

  5.  @Etaoinshrdlu69  The police won't do anything about barking dogs. Depending on where you live, some agencies won't do anything about loud music or parties. I just moved from a nice neighborhood but it was in the county and the Sherriff just ignored noise complaints. The city police will confiscate your equipment on the second call.
