  1. Paint and plastic is not protection and you have trucks blocking the lane, you answered the question on why no one is biking there. Take out a lane of traffic, put the parking back on the street with a PROTECTED bike lane and the problems are solved.

  6.  @michaeltabanao8092  Every year there are 1 percent more cars on the road. 1984 was 40 years ago, hence 44 percent more cars on the road. You can't have a cop on every corner 24/7.
