@D13-y7c We have a housing affordability crisis in California and this is prime real estate. We could have thousands of affordable house there instead of a huge parking lot that gets used three times a week for four hours.

@Coconutca That's why you regulate the cost. For the record there are tons of cheap zhitty apartments in this area right now.
