What p1ssed me off was that none of the witness's even stopped, there could have been injuries. If a dog was hit I guarantee someone would have stopped, are we that jaded to human suffering?

@jgregg7100 No one is going to sue you for stopping and asking they are all right. Stop excusing bad behavior.

@shayo09 You do not have mental fitness to own a gun. What if you miss, or the bullet goes through the person, killing a 10 month old baby? Over a punch? Turn in your gun and get some empty handed skills.
