  1. It is the same here. I have been at a company since 2000. There are around 2k employees. We have a fabulous outdoor eating area. Everyone from the the different departments used to mingle here and I knew everyone. Hell I met my my wife there! Even before COVID everyone would be on their phone and the departments no longer mingled. Now I hardly know anyone that works there, this can't be good for company moral or the mental health of the people.
