So called Conservatives couldn't wait to throw open the gates to anyone from Hong Kong, or anyone from Ukraine (who should have gone to Poland and then perhaps been assisted at a fraction of the cost of housing them in the UK). We simply must take in anyone claiming to come from Syria, Iraq or Afghanistan. I don't hear anyone saying we need to take in White South Africans.
