  2.  @ninelkobra2832  no. The problem is that they're retiring early, sick of the corruption and quit or getting beat up by the media at 15 bucks an hour. It's not worth it. Who's left are people new, corrupted or just cops that will follow any orders just to keep their job. Almost like a self fulfilling prophesy.
