The upper middle class can be classified(therefore successful, but not filthy rich) as oligarchs. Owners of hospitals and pharmacies that employ a lot of people and reinvest wisely for purposes of expanding. Swamp monsters are inclusive of the politicians and CEO types and boards of directors. Keep in mind some very successful people still maintain integrity, but some that own these companies are "silent partners". They may as well be wearing facemasks and/or big white hoods. The true oligarchs. Who pays the CEO of Bayer Squibb? HHDonneley, Johnson/Johnson, McDonalds, etc? THOSE are the Oligarchs. Mr. Walton(who I met in 1991)was a very kind man. After his death? I guess eff those people. They seem to be swamp monsters. Same thing with the Menard's people. The old man was cool. The rest of them have joined forces in Wisconsin and now live in the swamp, too.
