(In this case, it was weapons manufacturers[ollie north], but I'll digress). Then you decided to keep the ten bucks because he broke your window.(Iran/Iraq war). You found out also that he was plotting to egg your house(their nuclear enrichment program) so you block his driveway and he cant go to work and buy more eggs. One day, you realize the neighbor on the other side of him (China) smuggled him a chicken. Then the neighbor behind him gave him a rooster(weapons systems, like a slingshot). What Obama did was give him back the kids ten original dollars, but he's graduated school and doesnt care anymore. The original investors moved on with their lives, or got killed for complaining. The mullahs and clerics got to keep the 150 gazillion dollars and now fund terror camps with really cool weapons. Like surface-to-air missiles and maybe even ICBM capabilities. In theory, they could bomb London now. I hope the explanation helped.
