My point is that not all Asians have slitted eyes and tan/olive skin. Nobody can identify all Asians by their appearances, because it (the continent) is the largest and most ethnically diverse. That happens when people are nomadic and move national borders around. Plate tectonics don't care about politics. Pacific islanders that look similar (Okinawa and Samoa are decent examples) aren't Asian. But the people on those islands look like Japanese people. Japan is also under scrutiny because the island might not be Asian. Yeah. I'm a geography and history nut, too. I'll retract my original statement about the population. I know Moscow is in Europe, but not the EU. Possibly the Soviet Union could have boasted that claim, but not Russia.
