  1. The EU is on life support right now. "Britain" is very fragmented right now, but is just experiencing the pain of reality. They don't accept the results of a democratic vote, and are throwing a temper tantrum. California also threatened to secede from the U.S., but all the federal money they feed on kept them pacified. Same thing will happen in Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland.
