  1.  @tiouip  why? It's sand and calcium. The balsa burns off, and what's left are the main ingredients to cement. But they're talking about the cost of operations and the heavy equipment needed to make this happen. The fuel needed to burn this material is creating more of a carbon footprint than it did if we left it the way it was before the turbines.
