  1. No. Anyone that says hes innocent? Is right. We have due process, which hasnt even started yet. Hes only been accused, not charged. He cant be guilty if there isnt a case, theres no case without an arrest. There is no arrest without evidence. With this? There isnt even probable cause.

When have you EVER heard of a criminal calling the police to investigate themselves? That being said, there are NO charges filed, and the FBI doesnt investigate things that are local, county (or in this case) STATE jurisdiction. Her beef is with the Massachusetts State Police detectives. Furthermore, how is Kavanaugh refusing an executive branch(enforcement) investigation? That's not legislative or judicial. Police are (in this case) the Governor of Massachusetts' responsibility. Maybe hes a Democrat. Nope. Charlie Baker is a Harvard Republican. Maybe hes a rapist, too. Nope. Not yet, anyways. Maybe someone can say they played doctor with him back in 1964 and ruin his life, too...
