  1. The photo looks suspect. The people should have sank with all those heavy clothes on, then resurfaced after bloating up. That's what he means by "floaters". The person was placed in that position and the daughters hand wouldn't be in that position unless it was tied there like that. It's a river. They wouldnt be together. The photo looked staged.
