It is really hard to decide if the west is engaging in "deception" ? or it is just the random fortunes of war but Russian Forces appear to be "kettling" themselves perfectly in killing zones wihin the 300 klm ATACM range ? , allowing them to think that they can safely "mass" within 300 klms is definitely an opportunity to then suddenly target them. would say ?......DECEPTION is very deceiving
