  3. your "broad strokes " can be filled in by the Bill of Rights 1689.. 1/ No Authority wihout consent of Parliament (hence our "Democratic Monarchy") 2/ Free & Fair elections 3/ Freedom of speech 4/ Right of petition 5/ No private armies 6/ independent judiciary 7/ No torture 8/ No Religous laws 9/ No confiscations 10/ No jail without a fair trial this is the basis of the French Rights of man 1789 , US Bill of Rights 1791 and still is the legal basis of our laws and western modern democracy.

  4. USA is now the most mixed country on earth with every ethnicity represented because so many people from around the world wish to live there. The present immigration is just a trickle . As the tipping point is reached in 2030 - 2050 many many millions will be on the move from poor to rich countries such as USA. Already the numbers are huge.
