  3. These old folks fall into largely 2 category. Not enough CPF in their retirement account, no kins to support them and they are only asset rich, their only HDB over their heads when they passed on. They do not have any or enough passive or sustainable income, after they reach their 50s and 60s. The Singapore welfare system does not support many of such folks unless these folks are really poor down and out or one can termed them as social outcast!!

  5. 79% stay in HDB pigeon hole. Only 3 % own another pte property or properties as 'declared by their minister'. Less than 40% can have more than 6 mths saving to last them. In such high cost of living in Singapore, it does not take a fool to figure out 'how rich are its locals'!😆😆😆😆

  11. Before Singapore split in the 60s, Lee Kuan Yew told the Tungku then ,you Bumi cannot run the country. And how true it became ,60 over yrs later , everything came true. The Bumi aka Malays in majority just cannot rid themselves of their MALAY MINDSET and NOT run their country along racial and religious lines, especially a religion like Islam! Not to mention the constant political back stabbing and corruption. Even with many natural resources, these Malays still cannot get their country to a better state. Imagine, 2 countries, Singapore and them ,separated just by a bridge but 2 WORLDS APART, BOTH IN CURRENCY STRENGTH AND STANDARD OF LIVING!😆😆😆
