Even during the Bush years, in 2006 when I was activated for the National Guard border mission known as Operation Jump Start in Arizona, we who were armed and sent there to deter border jumpers still had orders to render humanitarian aid to anyone in distress or suffering exposure. Which we did several times. This is literally against our codes of conduct.

  22. Libertarians USED to be Jerry Bear Deadheads that believed in 2A gun ownership to protect their grow patch from other hippies and refused to pay their taxes. Those were real Libertarians. A strange mix of all the most anarchist parts of left and right, and a deep dislike of the rich and their corruption. Those guys are long dead.
