  1. VW's problem is their legacy for rando unreliability coupled with astronomical markups on parts and need for specialized tools.....in ICE engines. Much of which was done deliberately. Apparently, EVs were their superpower all along, they just never manifested that power until now. But the reputation will continue to stain. Especially coil failures...
