  2. The power of newspapers has had a powerful warping effect on the law in America since long before we were even America. Did we really think Cameras in the courtroom were going to be less destructive to due process and sober jurisprudence?

  5. And this is why cameras, or media exposure in general, is bad for Due Process. Everyone goes from being an adult dealing with the Law like an adult to a vain, attention seeking arsehat or someone who freezes like a deer in headlights instead of doing their job. The only people who benefit are the Media and the Attention Whores.
