  1. Look, I kinda get it. Courtrooms are too easily turned into a circus. You don't want Don the UFO guy on the witness stand giving 'expert testimony' But at the same time, denying an expert who is short a single ticked, almost arbitrary box is stupid. Besides, we all see motive here. I was an Army medic, Iraq vet, and EMT. I've done my share of meatball stitching. You don't get to say "How do you know it was a shrapnel wound, you're not a Doctor" to me after I literally pulled the metal out of the wound channel.
