  2. I feel that cameras would be a better asset & watchdog if EVERY TIME A MEMBER OF CONGRESS ENTERS THE BUILDING they have to swear in. Tell the truth, the whole truth, and nothing but the truth. Where every lie that comes out of their mouth on camera could lead to perjury charges. Let's see how majorities swing after a few liars spend a week in the Sergeant at Arms jail (gotta build one, naturally) and miss key votes. As it is, they swear in only when first taking office, and it doesn't include bearing true witness. This is where laws are made ffs.
