  4. The filibuster is irrelevant so long as there are 8 millionaires in the Democratic party who will vote down things like a $15 minimum wage. Any blue didn't do. Any blue got us 8 millionaires who vote against the working class. We need Rank choice voting and the people's party to end the two party monopoly
