  1. Ok I can address this peoblem with taxes. Set the minimum wage to a living wage linked to inflation. Then set the standard deduction to 150% of the minimum wage as a 40 hour work week for 52 weeks pay. Make that the only deduction and set a progressive tax structure with the top marginal bracket at 90%. Also tax all earning as income regardless of source. See how easy that is.

  2. The share holders should take his board of directors to court for failure to maximize their profits. He just said on video that the board could return millions to the share holders if they choose to. That is a failure to fulfill their duty to the share holders.
