  1. The GOP can't make the race about issues because it is hard ro make someone who wants to provide you with healthcare and someone who want to educate your kids sound scary. When you are on the wrong side of the issues you run to identity politics which is what the gop is doing. The right move now is to hit back on the issues don't let them choose the battle field.
