  1. No the failure of Democratic leadership to pass legislation to help the working class is what is hurting the party. Joe Biden can end inflation the same way Richard Nixon did in 1973 without the help of Congress but he is instead letting the federal reserve punish the poor who hold adjustable rate debt. He could cancel student debt and could have extended Medicare to all during the pandemic the same as the ACA extended Medicare to Libby Montana but he didn't. This is what is hurting the Democratic party
