Rank choice voting and the people's party is the answer because any blue simply won't do.

@vvactivist it ends the spoiler effect. Which makes candidates have to earn the support of the voters not just run on fear. The Democratic party can't tell the progressives that voting first choice for Bernie Sanders is the same thing as voting for Trump so they need to convince voters that Biden is better than Bernie Sanders who wants to help the working class not less evil than Trump. If you can't see how that changes the conversation and the out come you need to think long and hard about what a political campaign based on earning voters support instead of scaring them would look like.

Makes it hard to argue that all we need is to vote in more Democratic party members to get a supermajority... oh right they have one same as Obama and where unable to even vote on single payer healthcare. I wasn't surprised the party repeated history.
