  1. The issue is half a century of wage stagnation has lead us to a situation where income inequality is no longer acceptable. People over 50 lived in a system which still was livable for the working class. But today it isn't. We need older people to understand that the system no longer works for the working class.

  2. People waited 7 hours in Texas to vote only to have the polls close. The system failed the voters not the other way around.

  5.  @kimk2635  the demographics split at age 50. But I suspect there are plenty of differences between those over 50 to 65 and those over 65. For one thing the first group isn't on Medicare and want in while the second group isn't worried about medical bankruptcy because they have Medicare.
