Judge Napolitano makes a better case then the Democrats. That is sad.

@jon beatty but so far it isn't the same case because Nancy Pelosi has said it will be narrowly focused and won't include all the crimes Judge Napolitano listed which is the point to my comment. If Nancy refuses to include all his crimes the odds of getting him removed from office drops. The public hearing need to cover all his major crimes including the emoluments clause violations. The right which claims to be the constitution originalists need to be forced to vote on all his violations of the constitution. Then in every single congressional race in 2020 the fact that anyone voted party over country and over the constitution needs to be hammered until they are voted out of office. But the current leadership Nancy Pelosi is showing could actually fail not only at removing him from office but could actually allow the GOP to keep control of the Senate. The argument judge Napolitano made is the type which will cost the gop in 2020.

Mike C so if you commit the crime in public it isn't serious? I guess that is the don't believe your own eyes defense. By the way he claimed both Biden and Warren should be investigated by china in the middle of trade wars with china. Weird how he is only worried about the two top polling political opponents being investigated by China. I mean if he was worried about curruption in china why not investigate a member of his own administration who has gotten dozens of patterns in china since she started working in the Whitehouse? Seems almost like he is ok with curruption when it is his family doing it. It isn't like publicly smearing Biden and Warren would help his campaign or that China suffering from the trade war trump started would be watching for any sign of how to better their hand in the trade negotiations. To say just because the crime is done in public makes it not a crime is crazy. That would be like arguing that people who film themselves on helmet cam traveling 100 mph plus on a motorcycle shouldn't be arrested for reckless driving because they where live streaming it.

@jon beatty when she told the rest of the party that they had to narrow the focus and still kept her roll as head of the party controlling the scope of the investigation.
