  1. I have a better idea let's just break up all banks over 50 billion dollars into smaller banks then we won't need to worry about too big to fail. These big banks are just too big!!!

  2. Since these regulations only apply to banks over 50 billion they have access to deregulation they just choose to be too be regulated. There are plenty of banks which choose not to be regulated by staying smaller. Republicans should understand it is the same argument they use for healthcare
