  1. While I would love to see the bonus stay the reality is bonus and incentive are money you seldom see. Typically only a few employees actually get the bonus and then the next year if too many people make the incentive pay they raise the bar. I would much rather see the base pay be a living wage and know I will get paid a living wage. I write this off as a win still because the reality is that bonuses are not dependable and should never be factored into how you pay your monthly bills. Cenk is out of touch with the people making $15 or less an hour if he thinks they can afford to hold onto stock options and cash out when the stocks double again. These people need the money to pay the landlord first of the month
