If trump signs an order on it ICE should break into the Whitehouse like they do everywhere else 100 miles from the border or coastline and arrest his daughter at work. Then arrest Donnie for employment of an illegal immigrant.

@SaintGerbilUK wow you quoted it and still can't understand what the 14th amendment said. All persons born in the USA are citizens. It doesn't require that the parents be citizens for the child to be a citizen. You need to learn what the term all persons means.

@SaintGerbilUK or are your trying to say that illegal immigrants are not subject to the laws of the United States? If that is your argument then ICE, as a law enforcement agency, would have no authority to arrest and deport them. So tell me do you believe ICE has no authority over illegal immigrants?

@SaintGerbilUK clearly you have no clue what the jurisdiction clause means. By definition of the term illegal immigrant they have to be subject to our jurisdiction or they wouldn't be illegal. Try atleast watching the video to see what the jurisdiction clause applies to. Spoiler alert think diplomatic immunity.

@SaintGerbilUK oh and stupid the reason ICE can't deport US Citizens is because they are Citizens plan and simple. As to why they can't work outside the USA borders it is because ICE is Law enforcement agency in the United States with Jurisdiction 100 miles from the border withing the United States. One nation doesn't have the right to violate another nations sovereign territories.

@SaintGerbilUK I think there is big difference between a diplomat who has diplomatic immunity and the illegal immigrants who do not have diplomatic immunity as far as our legal system is concerned.
