  2. Brett Kavanaugh has a ruling where he stated that while not admissible in a court of law lie detector test have been proven to be a useful tool during law enforcement job interviews. Brett needs to follow his own ruling and submit to an FBI lie detector test or withdraw himself from consideration. There is no way he should not apply his own standard for a law enforcement job interview to his own interview for the supreme court.
