The only way to get raises for the last few decades has been to bounce from job to job. More then once I have handed my resignation only to have my boss ask what it will take to keep me. My answer has always been you had your chance. I did all the work to find another job why should I stay here where I know you won't offer me raises I will take my chances somewhere else where they might value their workers more. It always leaves your boss with a look of pure shock and awe.

That should be a campaign add in any district that trump won. Play the clip of him promising a $4,000 pay wage and ask the voters if the GOP has made good on that for them. Then campaign on a $15 min wage tied to inflation.

@workoutwithrob1700 sure would be nice if politicians didn't sensor things it would be helpful to be able to actually put supreme court nominees in context but for some reason the trump administration thinks records that the Bush administration declassified should be reclassified. Nothing to see there....

@SeanMcClutchey we don't need trump supporters we need politicians with polices that bring the people who don't vote back into the system. Give them something to vote for not simply something to vote against. People don't get excited about having their fingers broken because the alternative is a broken arm they refuse to take part instead this is the problem with the lesser of two evils campaigns.

@workoutwithrob1700 more pay doesn't benefit the workers but giving their company a tax break does? That is some good logic. If you want the working class to get a benefit try something revolutionary and give the benefits to the working class people not their bosses and hope many the company will share a little. Saying giving people a pay raise wont help people is stupid.
