  1. Actually it is even worse the working class is taxed for their debt with property taxes and vehicle taxes. You take a mortgage or car loan and are taxed for the full value of the asset as though the debt wasn't a liability. But the people who own stocks and bonds actually own the asset before they would be taxed.

  6.  @toddfarkman2177  wrong. My sister was married to a director at blue cross both of them working there. But they choose to invest her entire income and to live in a small house. We don't have state income taxes so even though they had the best ability to pay for the services you mentioned with his directors salary at a health insurance company they didn't have much tax burden. Property is a very poor indicator of your ability to pay taxes. Just look at how many elderly people still own a home but are no longer able to work like my mother. Why should my mother pay more taxes in her retirement than my sister and her husband who both had high income jobs at a health insurance company?

  8. Last time I checked they each get one vote. Join the people's party and fight for rank choice voting so we have candidates who don't take bribes

There I fixed it for you. Not sure what you think the gop sanctions to benifit their donors has to do with a wealth tax though.
