  2. That will simply leave us with one choice lower the eligibility age of the healthcare system which has decades of proven constitutionality behind it. The supreme court can't do shit about simply lowering the age for Medicare to birth. Because the law is proven to be constitutional.

  3. Don't force AOC out of government with a presidential run in 2024. We need her to stay in government for decades to come. Once she becomes president she will be retired in 8 years. There are plenty of other good progressives who could run in 2024. Nina Turner or Ro Khanna are the first two who come to mind. I would rather see AOC keep fighting and the Senate would be a great place for her as one of 100 voices which writes the law she can do far more good.

  4. All you have to do is look at what the GOP was able to do when Obama was president. They where not in the majority but blocked government from doing anything. Our government is designed to move slower than a snail. All they need to do is slow it down so the process doesn't finish before November 3rd to trap the gop in a lame duck presidency and slow it to the end of November for the Republicans to loss another Senate seat in a runoff election. But given how well the Republican party can obstruct the government I have no problem being that Rand Paul alone could stop the process until after the next Congress was in session if he put his mind to it.
