  1. Federal taxes post marked April 15 are filed on time. If follows that ballets post marked November 3rd would also be considered case on time. It isn't on the tax payer if the federal government fails to deliver your taxes for weeks why would it be on the voter when the federal government is slow at delivering your ballot?
