  1. Fox makes the argument that pay needs to be proportional to the income that the team generated. Which only makes the pay inequality worse as the womans team brought in 3x as much money but paid 1/3 as much. So according to the availability income argument the womans team should be paid 3x the mens team same as the earning ratio for the two teams.
