@Milo_1368 why push the most expensive form of new energy which becomes a weapon during war time. There are better options with wind solar and storage that are all cheaper and faster to bring on line

@jasonsimms8251 the French subsidies the nuclear industry and the USA subsidies the ff industry. Wind and solar don't need to be backed up by ff they just need enough storage and to be properly sized. I know this because I am living off grid solar. I installed the system and left the power grid because the grid cost more then the home equity loan to buy the solar system and be energy independent. The only ones who win with nuclear are the caplistist class who want to keep you as a customer using energy to transfer wealth upward and income inequality in our society

@jasonsimms8251 as to the subsidies for the solar industry that is a good one compared a new technology to an industry over a century old. Tell me when does the ff industry mature enough to be self supporting and not need government assistance?
