  1. Ofcourse it was a sucess the response from NATO has been increased spending on military budgets which drive oil sales. A failure for Russia would have been NATO commiting hundreds of billions to renewable energy to end the ff era. Instead we are spending hundreds of billions on more ff based infrastructure and technology which will insure the higher priced ff continues to be in high demand for the next half century. Job well done by the ff controlled government of Russia.
