  7.  @calvinhoward3808  since the war started before we planted we should have planted different varieties. But most all of the verities can be made into edible flour. I raised cattle corn for decades and while it might not taste great or was perfectly edible for humans.

  8.  @davezad  the grains that where harvested last year will spoil before they can be transported? Seems like maybe they should have shipped them before the war started. But how good will the grains be if they are shipped by sea now if you can't load them into trucks before they rot????
