  4.  @fakenewspropagator7887  the part of Australia that has battery storage has seen the grid become stable and is exporting power to the part that is powered by ff. The blackouts have nothing to do with renewable energy and everything to do with poor grid interconnection in Australia because the caplistist wanted to save money.

  7.  @HTSGOSU  EV batteries are rated for the entire life of the car today BYD has a 500,000k warranty on their batteries. Your information seems to be from the 1990s but the technology had definitely advanced in the last 3 decades. We also have recycling for lithium batteries today so mining is a joke of an argument. I mean do you think we get fuel for nuclear power plants or the cement to build them without mining? Do you think we have endless amounts of water for thermal power plants to operate on which isn't needed for wind solar and storage? You seem to believe the current technology doesn't require resources.

  9.  @normieloser6969  nuclear demands storage to handle peak loads it is why we have pumped hydro storage. If you have to have storage you might as well power it with renewable energy which is far less expensive

Wind solar and storage is the cheapest solution today. Nuclear power is the most expensive form of new energy a half century on.
