Never forget all but one Republican senator voted to keep trump in office after his impeachment. This was the foreseeable outcome of making the president above the law. We need to hold them all responsible for their role in what has happened.

@MikeLiteraus read the constitution it is clear that if you commit sedition you are not eligible to hold public office.

@MikeLiteraus the courts had already heard the case. The members of Congress where taking part in trump's sedition trying to overthrow the government by throwing out the results of the constitutionality conducted and certified election. Remember the courts heard over 60 cases going all the way to the supreme court. There was no evidence of wide scale voter fraud able to change the results of the election according to not only the courts but William Barr the trump appointed head of the Department of Justice. To refuse to accept the ruling of the supreme court and try to overturn the election is sedition. By the way William Barr is a life long Republican and the majority of the supreme court judges are Republicans so you're argument about one party rule falls flat on it's face when you look at the facts.

@MikeLiteraus the case you speak of was thrown out because the constitution of the United States clearly states that each state has the right to control their own electoral process. You know the document the right claims to love granting state rights that the right claims to love as well. The reality is the AG in Texas only took the case to the supreme court because he is a criminal under FBI investigation looking for a pardon from Trump. That is the swamp at it's best. If you where so worried about every American getting to vote you would call for Texas to redo their election as they eliminated voter polling stations in certain neighborhoods and had people waiting for hours in long lines. They removed the ballot boxes. It is the GOP who doesn't want everyone to vote. I personally think we should have rank choice voting and multiple parties. But we have the system that we have and it was followed as defined by our constitution. If the members of Congress don't like the current constitutional election process they can pass an amendment. They can not simply toss out the results of the election to keep their own party in power.
