  2. There was a court case in California to try and get the federal court to enforce the laws against selling arms to Israel and the court said there is no jurisdiction to enforce them. Seems like it isn’t really a law if the judicial branch can't enforce it.

  13. Erin Brockovich used this same tactic with the companies she went after for ground water pollution back in the 80s. She had their lawyers in her office and gave them water from the community they where saying was safe and they all refused to touch it. Classic move.

  15. Kyle this entire rant by Graham was a distraction at the last moment. Go back and re watch the entire day of hearing. When the day started Grassley was asked if the Republicans would have their sex crimes prosecutor do all the questioning of Kavanaugh the same as she has done with Ms Ford in an effort for fairness. Grassley said yes we are having her do all the questioning. Then she asked Kavanaugh to explain a drinking party on his calendar with everyone of the boys she said was at the party when she was assaulted. As soon as she started that line of questions Graham lost it and put on an act of outrage which forced a break. When they came back from the break the Republicans all the sudden started asking their own questions. So this is just a show to draw attention away from the party which is on Kavanaughs calendar matches her testimony as supporting evidence. Especially when you look at the book that Mark Judge wrote and the time frame he gives for working at the store puts that party at the right time to line up with her estate of 6 to 8 weeks earlier then when she saw him working at the store.

Where is the woman who was going to stand up to leadership and do the correct thing? I remember he saying she wasn't scared of establishment leadership then she ended up literally crying after Nancy Pelosi talked her into voting for funding for Israel to keep killing Palestinians. So much for standing up to power and standing on the correct side of history to help the oppressed. Ask her fellow squad member how she felt about that vote I am sure she remembers.
