I guess your right if 93% of Americans want background checks on guns sales their is nothing congress can do it isn't like they could require federal fire arms licenses.. oh wait there is such a thing. Not like they could require stores check a persons identity to verify they are qualified to buy a product. Hold my beer I need to get my wallet out to show the store clerk that I am old enough to buy another one... Your argument is that you can scare people into believing that there is nothing Congress can do because the only option is that they require a background check everytime one human being hands a gun to another or they have zero background checks that is crazy talk.
