  3.  @slimkickens  I have no idea where you get the impression Tulsi doesn't want to run in 2020. She was on the CA ballot as Bernie Sanders VP in 2016 so she definitely has an eye on the whitehouse.

  4.  @slimkickens  yes she was asked by Bernie Sanders if she would run as his VP in 2016 and she accepted. It is a little known fact of the election. As to any politician being asked about higher offices they all dodge it or say no because it hurts their ability to get their current job done if they say yes everyone just focuses on the higher race especially before an election it is hard to run for Senate or the house if everyone thinks you will be focused on the presidential race.
