  1. Medicaid puts caps on payments for the services offered so some doctors refuse to take it because they are too greedy to accept cost controls in the healthcare industry simple as that. Everything else is smoke and mirrors misdirection to make people think it is about saving government money but really it is about protecting medical profits.
